Sustainability

For us, sustainability is not a marketing promise, but our business model.

Every device we sell would otherwise have become electronic waste. We retrieve notebooks, computers, monitors, and printers from the economic cycle, technically inspect them, clean them, replace wear parts, and give them a second life.

What this specifically means

• A refurbished notebook saves approximately 300 kilograms of CO2 emissions compared to new production.
• For every computer that is reused, no new rare earth minerals need to be extracted.
• Plastic, glass, aluminum, and copper remain in the cycle instead of becoming waste.

Our contribution

• We purchase used devices from companies and private individuals instead of them being disposed of.
• We repair instead of replace, wherever possible.
• Every device undergoes the same testing process: functional check, cleaning, data deletion, and installation of a current operating system.
• Devices that are no longer functional are professionally disassembled into their components and returned to material cycles via certified recycling partners.

Packaging

We ship in reused cardboard boxes from our incoming goods. It's not pretty, but it's consistent. Cushioning material is waste paper or recycled filling material.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Gränichen with Swiss Post. No express, no overnight delivery. If you need it quickly, you can also pick up your device by appointment. Details on tariffs and collection can be found in the shipping conditions.

Data security when purchasing

Data on used devices is deleted according to recognized standards, multiple times overwritten and irretrievably. Upon request, you will receive a deletion protocol.

We believe

Good IT hardware is far too valuable to replace after three years. Anyone who buys a device from us helps to extend its lifespan to two or three cycles.

Sell or donate devices

Do you have IT hardware you no longer need? We will consider purchasing it or accept it for professional disposal.
